That day was the day of truth, when we had received and opened all the required outsourcing quotations. Those quotations expected to be in line with our preliminary market research and our collected knowledge on the Customer AS-IS services as well as the Business needs.

In the last months we have analysed the Customer’s service delivery model, the internal processes and practices, available resources with their experience, the utilized assets and the cost structure of services. We have defined the services subject of the outsourcing tender. To outsource any service from an existing, well established service environment is always a challenging task and a big responsibility for all advisory people – and we have felt that.

And finally all quotations were in line with the expectations – Services were understand, Service Levels were accepted, prices were in a realistic range and we could prepare a well established Board Proposal. The Board was also required a presentation of the Board Proposal and a discussion session before Board decision were made.

Customers were convinced by our advisory activity as our messages were consistent and reliable as well as the final result.
