Piloting from thunder to flatwater…

All of us were very excited, when the moment of launching of the new system had arrived. The risks were crystal clear for us and for our client, but we knew that between success and project failure the former had much bigger chance by that time. It had to work. The situation was completely different two months before DAMIT took over. Then the project was running already for eight months, and there was such a huge gap between reality and plans that the project members were preparing their escape plan. During the two months we were there, the situation had changed. We delegated a team of six professionals beside the project leadership. No one was replaced, we only corrected the errors in the plan. Everyone was needed. We could create 36 hours out of 24 by focusing on the motivation. Then the 2nd and the 3rd day after the launch had come and the system did not stop. It started to generate revenue. After two weeks we initiated the stabilization process. Now it is one of the biggest revenue generating systems of our client, and they appreciate our contribution very much.
