Shoulder to shoulder…

It was slow. It still remained slow, when the developers had optimised the code that hindered the milestone accepting process. We were in a deadlock. To solve the problem both the developers and the client accepted to analyse the problem within our existing support contract. It turned out from the stress test that the developers had done good job, we had to make corrections only in one-two database reports and index data. The storage however could not manage continuously increasing load, and that was the key.

They accepted our suggestion for the expansion, and after some fine tuning, everything sped up to a great extent. Based on the tests the system could already serve 10000 active users. From that time the developer company has been looking for us to handle complex planning tasks.
